When we are completed with implementing RSTMM in our company, this will be the BEST THING I have ever done for Sargent Metal. Everything we have worked on with him (Willy) we could probably accomplish on our own but here's reality-too many things get in the way of working on improving our company. Willy has given us all the tools (templates, etc.) that all we have to do is to fill out with the way we want to setup our programs. All the hard work is already completed!

We are well on our way from changing our company from good to great! Thanks Willy for all of your support and assistance. Remember, FAILURE is not an option with our implementation of RSTMM at Sargent Metal!
